Bedrooms:

In the villa, there are 4 bedrooms: 2 with double beds, 1 twin bedroom and the master bedroom with a king-size bed.  There is also a travel cot available for small children.

The master bedroom is on a mezzanine level overlooking the lounge. 

All rooms have plenty of storage and electric fans for warm evenings.

Bathrooms:

There is a main bathroom downstairs, including a large corner bath, double basins and shower. Three of the bedrooms (not the twin room) have en suite shower rooms.  

There is an outdoor shower and separate toilet by the pool.

Kitchen:

A fully equipped kitchen over looking the pool, with ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and masses of storage space.

Lounge/Dining Room:

There is a very large open plan family living room, with 3 sofas, English Terrestrial Satellite TV, DVD, video recorder, stereo and playstation.  The lounge has a wood burning stove for cooler nights in the winter.  There is also a raised area with a pine dining room table and chairs.

 There are many DVD’s, videos, games and books available for use by guests.

Laundry Room:

There is a small laundry room within the villa that has a washing machine, tumble dryer, sink, iron and ironing board for your use. There is also an outside washing line.

Swimming Pool:

There is an 5 x 10m private swimming pool to the rear of the villa, this is on autoclean each evening and is manually cleaned weekly.  There are 8 sun loungers, chairs and a parasol for use by the pool.

Outside Areas:

There are extensive tiled terraces to the front, side and rear of the property that have tables, chairs and a bbq area.  The villa is enclosed which provides private parking for four cars as well as a garage.

Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:

Bed linen and house towels are provided but not beach towels. They are changed weekly when the house is cleaned.

Guests are expected to bring their own towels for use by the pool
